Responsibility 1: Daily Operations and Customer Service
1. Provide business support, assist supervisors in maintaining client relationships, and ensure smooth project execution.
2. Assist in tracking the production, delivery, and after-sales status of customer orders to ensure timely and quality completion.
3. Handle daily customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating internal resources for prompt resolution.
4. Maintain and organize customer files to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
5. Liaise with factories, compile and summarize quotation lists, and track daily project progress.
Responsibility 2: Department Support
1. Handle internal administrative tasks for the department.
2. Update company promotional and introductory materials.
3. Maintain external relationships.
Responsibility 3: Other tasks assigned by leadership.
1. Proficiency in spoken Turkish, Russian, or Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this role.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Turkish, Russian, Arabic, or related minor languages; candidates with strong spoken skills in these languages may also come from Business Administration, Marketing, Design & Media, or related fields.
3. At least 1 year of relevant experience; candidates with customer service or support experience are preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates with a desire to develop a career in sales will also be considered.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; excellent writing and data analysis abilities; proficiency in office software and quick adaptability to CRM tools; design skills are a plus.
5. Excellent language proficiency (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing); willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
