General Manager Assistant – Elevator Industry

(Chinese & Arabic Speaker, Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

I. Job Description:


Responsibility 1: Business Development & Customer Support

  • Develop and maintain client relationships in the Saudi market, with a focus on the elevator and escalator industry.
  • Assist in tracking customer orders, including production, delivery, and after-sales follow up, to ensure timely and high‑quality execution.
  • Respond to daily customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain customer files, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with factories, prepare quotation summaries, and track daily project progress.

Responsibility 2: Department Support

  • Handle internal administrative tasks for the overseas business department.
  • Update company promotional materials and product introductions.
  • Maintain good relationships with external partners and local authorities.

Responsibility 3: Other tasks assigned by the leadership.


II. Job Requirements:


Fluent in Arabic and Chinese (both spoken and written) , this is a mandatory requirement.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Arabic, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. Candidates with strong Arabic language skills are encouraged to apply.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Candidates with background in the elevator, construction machinery or building materials industry are strongly preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates with strong learning ability and a desire to grow in the elevator industry will also be considered.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Good writing and data analysis abilities. Proficient in office software and capable of quickly adapting to CRM systems. Basic design or media skills are a plus.

Willingness to travel domestically within Saudi Arabia and internationally as required.

Work location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
